Krumovgrad kebab

Ingredients
900 g pork tenderloin
4-5 heads (300 g) onion
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1/4 cup (50 ml) white wine
1-2 chili peppers
1 sprig savory
1 cup (200 g) field mushrooms
2-3 (150 g) tomatoes
5 eggs
pepper
salt
Method
Cut the meat into small pieces and fry lightly in fat. Then added sequentially and sauté the onion, finely chopped, the mushrooms, cut into strips, tomatoes and peppers, chopped, wine and spices. The mixture add salt to taste and distribute rings in pots that are placed in highly preheated oven. At the end of cooking in every pot is broken by low 1 egg. Gyuvechetata fell forward and dish dopicha. Serve warm.

Tasty! Even our guests, Americans liked it a lot. Plenty of mushrooms and little carrots are a great addition.
