Corn sponge cake - II type

Ingredients
1 and 3/4 cup cornmeal
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp butter (fat)
2 cup milk

Method
The dry ingredients are mixed and add to buttermilk (made from milk and yogurt) and previously beaten eggs. The mixture was stirred to assembling products (short, not much). Baking pan is heated, put it the butter and spread evenly, pour the dough and bake 20-25 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean). After baking tin with butter (with brush). It can be complemented with minced meat jalapeno, fresh corn, shredded cheese, bacon, pork cracklings.

It was very nice, but I added more 1cup flour, because it seemed a rare mixture.

With cheese and ham is great.

I did it with equal parts corn meal and flour and put 150 g of cheese. Very tasty, excellent!
