Donuts

Ingredients
500 g flour
60 g sugar
1 tsp salt
40 g soft butter
2 yolks
125 ml milk
125 ml hot water
1 cube of yeast (40 g)
1 vanilla
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Mix the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well. Add the soft butter and egg yolks and mix again. To the hot water then add milk and crushed yeast. Stirring to melt the yeast. Add vanilla and milk to the flour mixture and interfere soft dough. We leave it to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Roll out a sheet thickness 1.5 cm. Cut circles with a diameter of 10 cm. In the middle of each circle extracting another circle with a diameter of 3 cm. The So shaped Donuts put on household towels, cover and stuck them to rise for another 20 minutes. Fry Donnelly 175 C for about 2 minutes in a deep pot with more sunflower oil until golden brown. Fried Donuts arrange on paper towels to drain excess fat.
