Cake with coconut cream and chocolate

Ingredients
# For the dough:
4 eggs
12 tbsp sugar
12 tbsp flour
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1/3 cup milk
10 g baking powder
# Coloring:
2 tbsp cocoa
3-4 tbsp milk
# For coconut cream:
500 ml milk
100 g coconut
10 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp flour
# For glaze :
90 g of chocolate (1)
80 g butter
3 tbsp milk

Method
Beat with mixer the eggs and sugar, then add the sifted flour and baking powder and milk and the oil. Once we mix well mix it divide into 2 equal parts, one stained with dissolved in milk chocolate. In appropriate tray previously greased and floured sent down the white part of the dough, then put in a preheated oven at about 170C for about 10-15 minutes until postegne and catch the golden crust. Subtract from the oven has cooled slightly, and during that time prepare coconut cream. Mix all the ingredients for the cream and boil while stirring until thickened, after removing from the heat leave it for about 5 minutes and then pour it with the cooked white base. Now comes the turn of the colored part of the dough pour over coconut cream. Back again in the oven at 170C for about 25-30 minutes until postegne and crusted. So baked cake leave to cool well, then pour the pre-melted on the stove ingredients for the glaze. For the best taste (the bases to ponapoyat) is desirable to stand in refrigerator at least 12 hours.

baking pan, how big? And I liked the recipe. Tablespoonfuls -ravni or peak are?

And I got an interesting recipe. The pictures shows, however, that obviously poured on the hot cream, dark batter settles and cocoa layer is much thinner than the white. Or baking pan is extended at the top? Or dough is divided into equal parts? Please author to clarify, so I can not decide how to achieve both swamps are equally thick. Thanks in advance :)

AKVA7- Well my pan has a diameter of about 26 cm. And a height of 5 cm. And collected exactly, even as seen from the photos almost overflowing :) and on spoons (always relatively little) but - rather peak put them. ALIANA-lot :) just noticed a difference in the thickness of the white and cocoa layer, precisely because in a hurry and do not evenly divided, otherwise there is a good kind, incidentally, hardly inflates mixture to where she Pour roughly there remains. Remove from heat and leave for 5 minutes - warm, not quite hot.
