Pork knees oven Elixir

Ingredients
1 kg pork knees
2 dried red peppers
2 carrots
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp salt
3 leaves bay leaf
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp flour
pepper
100 ml sunflower oil
100 g canned crushed tomatoes (maybe fresh)

Method
Knees Boil in water enough to cover them. Then arrange in pan. Makes the following sauce: heat the oil, add the flour, paprika, and quenched with crushed tomatoes. Then gradually make the broth until a homogeneous mixture to boil up. The mixture is poured on the knees until they cover the top and add chopped dried peppers, garlic cloves, bay leaves and black pepper, to taste the salt, chopped carrot on wheels. Bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 minutes until a shiny zipper of the dish. Serve hot with boiled potatoes and sprinkled with hot aromatic sauce.

hello, if you take 1 piece of pork with skin, if you find and try. After boiling him and bone either tear to pieces and becomes light and super :) nice day

You took them from where those knees? With the knees look very tasty, although no fan of pork!
