Ingredients
200 g unsalted cottage cheese
150 g sugar
200 g cream
200 g jam of your choice
100 g of nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts)
4-5 grated apples
1/2 tsp cinnamon
vanilla 1
1 egg white

Method
The cottage cheese mix with sugar. Egg white was stirred at snow. All the products were mixed. The mixture was poured into cups and cooled.

I have heard of such a cream, but I did not know what it is. Will try.
I did something. Write *like* because I had white and cream / swapped it with as I had cream of milk / and instead of sugar and put a little sweet syrup jelly. Was very tasty cream that can safely be used for filling of cake. For diabetics - instead of sweet and sugar can put a little sweetener. Desi, thanks for shared recipe! I get the other ingredients, will necessarily repeating it.
