Ingredients
800 g green peppers
2 onions
3 tomatoes
5-6 garlic cloves
1/2 bunch parsley
4 tbsp vinegar
6 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp rice
black pepper
salt
Method
Peppers are washed, dried and baked. Place in a saucepan with a lid to stew, peel, cleaned of seeds and stalks and finely chopped.
