Ingredients
1 kg chicken hearts
3-4 onions
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
100 ml red wine

Method
Chicken hearts are cut in the middle to the top and well washed. Dried and put in 4-5 tbsp sunflower oil to be braised. Chop into crescents and added to pozaparzhenite hearts. Suffocating under cover to soften. Season with wine and sauce and pour into a glass pan. Bake in moderate oven about 40-50 minutes.
