Ayskafe banana-layered cake

Ingredients
125 g butter
100 g sugar
3 eggs
125 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 bananas
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 vanilla
1 tbsp instant coffee
500 g pastry cream
cocoa for sprinkling
Method
The butter and sugar cream. Add the eggs, flour, baking powder and mix well. Pour into mold and bake at 175 C in about 25 minutes. Banana split in half and sprinkle with lemon juice. Once the base cool put bananas on top and cover with cream mixture, which is prepared as follows. Stir together cream with vanilla and instant coffee, which passes through a sieve to make very fine and solutions. In the end sprinkle with cocoa.
