Banana candy a la Raphael

Ingredients
350 g milk
250 g butter
500 g of powdered sugar
700 g bananas
vanilla
1 cup coconut
1 lemon
Method
The butter is allowed to soften at room temperature. Add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla and mix everything well. Peel bananas and cut into slices 1 cm thick. Pour the juice of a lemon to not tarnish. The dough is made small pita, it puts banana circle and formed bead roughly 2-2.5 cm in diameter. Moisten with water (to stick coconut) and add some coconut. Allow to cool.

Very nice candy Nelly Sigourney but instead banana can make different combinations with different fruits they are now in abundance. Bravo for the recipe.
