Basel soup with cheese

Ingredients
70 g flour
60 g butter
1 onion
30 g salo
1.25 l meat broth
1/2 cup (100 ml) red wine
50 g feta cheese "parmesan"
salt
Method
Make a light roux from the butter and flour, add chopped onion and salo, Fry is the bay with a slightly heated broth and stir tel. Soup boil half an hour, occasionally stirring, then blending, heat, add the wine, add salt and serve. Separately served grated feta cheese.
