Basil olive oil

Ingredients
500 ml olive oil mild
2 cloves garlic
10 basil

Method
Basil thoroughly washed and dried leaf by leaf. Remain water may in time moldy. Peel the cloves and put in the bottle, basil is inserted also inside, with the stem up. Pour the olive oil. Should stand at least 2 weeks prior to use. Do not shake. The smell is incredible, but disappears after prolonged heat treatment. It is therefore especially suitable for salads, tomatoes and mozzarella, dispensing meals immediately before use for coating baked before serving, for cold sauces. Prepared with mayonnaise it has a unique taste.

I think this is very fragrant olive oil, especially a salad of tomatoes and cheese :)
