4 steaks of beef sirloin
sunflower oil
pepper
salt
100 g asparagus
Bernese sauce
Method
As a rule, prepare two steaks per portion. Three days before cooking steaks are lightly crushed, sprinkle with pepper, tied with white thread smeared with sunflower oil and left to rest. Steaks are grilled or baked in a pan with sunflower oil, are removed and the threads are served by decorate with asparagus and topped with Bernese sauce.
