Ingredients
1 kg chicken legs or white meat
1 onion
60 g butter
1 tsp paprika
crushed caraway
white wine
Method
Stews finely chopped onion in the butter. Add crushed caraway (at least 1 tsp), red pepper and put the meat. Stew on low heat, occasionally pour a little wine. Serve with pilaf or mashed potatoes.
