Chicken with curry and ginger baked

Ingredients
1 kg chicken
2 onions
2 carrots
2 cup Rice
6 cups broth of chicken
1 tbsp curry
1 tbsp ginger (powder)
pepper, salt

Method
Chicken wash well, cut into pieces and put in salted water. Once the boil is otpenva (I personally change the water) and add an onion and carrot chopped, curry and ginger. Boil until almost complete readiness of meat. In a suitable vessel with plenty of fat (rice loves more fat) other fry sliced ​​onion with very finely chopped carrot (I use the chopper). Add the washed rice and fry everything until the rice becomes transparent while stirring. In the pan put the rice, boiled chicken, pour the strained broth from the chicken, season with salt and ground black pepper, stir and bake in a moderate oven. Once the dish is ready (the fluid should be completely absorbed by rice) is removed from the oven and cover with newspaper (choke). During this time his rice pulls the remaining liquid and fat.
