Ingredients
3 tbsp brewed strong coffee
100 g of milk chocolate
4 eggs
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 vanilla
1 and 1/2 cup cream

Method
Grated chocolate and coffee warm water bath, stirring until chocolate is melted. Allow to cool. Yolks of eggs broken with sugar and mix with chocolate and vanilla. Egg whites are broken down into the snow and add to the mixture, stirring well. The cream was stirred to a dense foam and was added to the mixture with continuous stirring. Well mixed mousse spill in appropriate forms and leave in refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
