Compote of apricots

800 g sugar
1 liter of water

Method
And healthy Ripe apricots are washed, cut into halves and cleared of stone. Arrange tightly in jars, in any place and 3-4 nuts from the stones of flavor. Pour hot syrup of sugar and water jars are closed and sterilized for 15 minutes. The products are for 6 jar of 1 liter.

I leaving a nut for flavor then I read somewhere that it is not weeds.

On jar - 5c l sugar and pitted :)

I do not put nuts. Sprinkle with sugar, pour hot water, close with caps, shake the jar to completely break the sugar and sterilize it.

This is a very aromatic compost winter use it to make the pie ... it incredible.
