Ingredients
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup cornmeal
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sunflower oil

Method
In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Once we are enmeshed and add the cornmeal. In another bowl beat eggs, milk and the oil. Add them to the dry mixture and mix. We fill the baskets of muffins to 2/3 and bake at 180 C for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Tea My cup is 240 ml.

I have not tried sweet corn flour. I've used it for polenta and breading. desserts I have not done it. It is a good idea to try it.
interesting recipe. I do not like to taste it stirring and added more sugar, about one cup. Became great muffins. Soon we will upload photos.
