Ingredients
4 eggplants
250 g minced meat
50 g cheese
thick tomato sauce
2 eggs

Method
Peel the eggplants, cut into slices, add salt and leave to drain the bitter juice then fry. The bottom of the tray namaslyava and cover with tomato juice.
