Ingredients
400 g of ham or cooked sausage
5-6 soft tomatoes
parsley
pinch of salt
1 tbsp pork lard or butter
mustard
boiled potatoes
Method
Ham cut into slices and fry in the lard, as before removing from heat sprinkle with mustard, fuzzy in 1 tbsp water and chopped parsley. Remove with warm dishes and fried in fat as circles of tomatoes, as are slices of ham. Tomatoes are placed on the ham. Serve with mixed fat in cooked potatoes.
