Izmir meatball

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
2 eggs
1 onion
2 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
2 slices of dry bread
1/3 cup tomato paste
1 bunch parsley
1 tsp cumin, salt, black pepper

Method
Minced meat is kneaded with finely chopped onion, eggs, pre-soaked in milk or water, bread, salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley. Formed into balls and arrange in a greased baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven. When the meatballs are already baked, pour with diluted tomato paste with water or compressed sauce from fresh tomatoes. Covered with a lid and bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
