Lamb steak on Swiss

Ingredients
lamb leg
mustard grains, not hot
300 ml white wine
3-4 petals Selim
salt
70 g butter
Method
Cut lamb steaks with a thickness of 3 cm . Smeared with mustard, finely chopped Selim and put the wine to stand for 1-2 hours so cool. Then, in the joint in a preheated pan for no more than 4 minutes on one side and 4 minutes on the other.
