Lemon pastries

Ingredients
# For the dough:
250 g margarine
250 ml milk
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
4 yolks
3 and 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
the juice of 1 lemon
# TOPPING:
4 tbsp butter
1 cup sugar
150 g chopped walnuts
the juice and zest of 2 lemons
3 tbsp honey

Method
Margarine mix with sugar. Add egg yolks, one by one. Stir nice. Add milk, lemon juice and flour with baking powder. In a rectangular baking dish with dimensions 24h28 cm, covered with baking paper, spread the dough with a spoon. Topping is melted over low heat, finally added the walnuts and nice mix. The base bake 30 minutes at 180C, remove and smeared with topping. He returned again in the oven for another 10 minutes. Once cool, cut into pastries. It can be served with ice cream or whipped cream.
