Lemon pie

Ingredients
# For the base:
150 g butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp rum
6 tbsp milk
2 cup flour
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
# For the cream:
4 tbsp flour
1 cup sugar
1 lemon
2 yolks
Method
Beat the butter and eggs. Add rum, milk, flour, and then baking. Dough a form greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. In all shape ledge to get a form for pie. Bake in a moderate oven (180 C) to pinking about 20-25 minutes. To prepare the cream, beat the flour and sugar and 1 1/2 cups water. Place on the stove. Lemon and grate the sheet. Add to the mixture. Gradually add the egg yolks. Stir to thicken. Allow to cool slightly and pour into cooled pie base. Cool and leave a few hours before the presentation. If possible and wish served with a little cream or ice cream, strawberry and mint leaf decoration.

cream became superb - secure and marshes would become if he had not domarzyalo to do it and I have no doubt that the combination would be the top. I am fascinated by the cream - finally taste the real thing, not the fictional starches
