Meat with vegetables in wok Niki

Ingredients
200 g of white chicken meat
200 g pork loin
200 g thin sausage
1 zucchini
1 eggplant
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 stalk leek
pepper, salt
oil
50 ml white wine

Method
Put the wok on the stove and add alternately pork, chicken, sausage and white wine. Cover with the lid and stew 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Take out the meat from the pan with a slotted spoon. Put the olive oil in a pan and add the chopped alternately striped eggplant, red, green, yellow pepper, zucchini, salt and pepper. Stew for 20 minutes and add the meat and leeks, cut into rings. Stew everything together for 5 minutes.
