Meatballs in Trevnenski

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
300 g feta cheese
1 onion
4 eggs
20-30 g butter
1 cup tomato juice
mint, parsley
salt, pepper
Method
Minced meat mixed with crumbled feta cheese, chopped onions and spices. It is well kneaded and formed 4 large meatballs. 4 pots were prepared and the bottom of each piece is put butter. Top is placed on a meatball, pour tomato juice and a piece of butter. Thus prepared baked 20-25 minutes in a moderate oven. Remove and each break an egg. Dopichat another 5 minutes. When serving sprinkle with parsley.
