Moist orange cake

Ingredients
2 eggs
2 cup flour
1 orange
125 g soft butter
1/2 cup sugar
120 ml milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
# For the syrup:
1/2 cup squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp butter
Method
Oranges drained and flesh pass a 3 tbsp sugar. Separate the egg yolks from the whites and yolks break them with the rest of the sugar, add other products and egg whites broken down into snow. Finally added and blending orange. Stir with a spoon pour into greased and sprinkled with flour baking dish (22 cm) and bake in preheated oven at 180C for about 35 minutes. Since orange juice is done syrup being heated together with the sugar and the butter until they melt. Once cooled cake and syrup is still warm Prick with a stick and syrup.
