Mushroom baked with cottage cheese and cheese

Ingredients
700 g mushrooms
1 onion
100 g butter
250 g cottage cheese
200 g cheese
3 eggs
salt and pepper

Method
Mushrooms are cut and fried with chopped onions. Then add the cottage cheese, grated cheese, 2 whole eggs and egg whites from the other (the yolk left spreads), salt and pepper to taste. The mixture is placed in a greased with sunflower oil or butter container and leaves smeared with yolk. Bake in an oven for 25-30 minutes until browned. Serve with cream. It is better to wait to cool and then be removed from the court because when hot, the cheese is soft and still can break the mold.
