Mushrooms with croutons

Ingredients
400 g mushrooms
4 slices of bread
100 ml sunflower oil
# For the sauce:
200 ml milk
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp mustard
salt, pepper
Method
The bread is cut into cubes and fry in the oil. Ready croutons are placed on the bottom of the plates 2. Wash mushrooms, remove stumps and fry them. Pour over the croutons. Prepare a sauce, like the butter was melted and to this was added flour. Once fried, add the milk. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens. When cool to the finished sauce add the mustard. Add salt and sprinkle with pepper.
