250 g mushrooms
30 g butter
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
1 onion
1 clove garlic
pepper
salt

Method
First prepare the sauce. Finely chopped onion and garlic fried in butter and sunflower oil to yellowing, add the cleaned and cut into pieces mushrooms and fry 2 minutes. Add sauce, reheated and taste. Cook pasta in a large amount of salted water until tender, strain, dry, place in a warm dish, pour with melted butter (or sunflower oil) and add the sauce.
