Parfait with cream and fruit

Ingredients
2 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp flour
500 ml cream confectionery
200 g yogurt
50 g gelatin
3 tbsp caster sugar
fruit of your choice
chocolate for decoration

Method
Egg whites with 2 tbsp sugar crash of snow to them slowly and carefully add the beaten egg yolks and then the flour. Pour into a well greased baking dish to unbuckle. Bake 10 minutes in preheated oven. Cream cream with powdered sugar, add yogurt and dissolved in a little water in a water bath gelatins. Stir well and add the fruit of your choice diced. I personally use mandarins. Quenching the base and on it send down a cream. Smoothed with a knife and leave for several hours in the refrigerator. Releasable form and is decorated of your choice.
