Pate of chicken livers

Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
100 g butter
1 onion
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp cognac
pepper
Method
In the butter is fry the chopped onion, garlic and chicken livers. Cool and add mustard, cognac and spices. Passaged and put in an oiled form in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Remove and turns on a tray. Decorate with olives and served with toast.
