Salad with crab sticks with yogurt sauce

Ingredients
250 g crab sticks
300 g canned corn
100 g mayonnaise
200 g thick yogurt (5% fat)
5 hard boiled eggs
pepper
salt
lemon juice
Salad with crab sticks with yogurt sauce

Method
The crab sticks cut into cubes, with four eggs. Add drained corn, mayonnaise, yogurt and spices to taste. Mix well and pour into a serving bowl. Top grate last boiled egg chopped grater.

Thanks for the great idea! It already tried and we like. Just a little surprise me pack crab rolls that is 1 kg ... so that half get a fair amount of salad :) I'll eat it with pleasure and soon I will make, I recommend it hot!

Pavel, I'm glad you liked the salad. With us has long been a favorite for both the summer and winter months. I might do with 250 g rolls and so I have given in the recipe, but in general the amount of rolls is taste - you plenty, maybe less.
