Salad Rouen

Ingredients
5 kg bell peppers
1 kg cucumbers
700 g onions
800 ml vinegar
700 g sugar
200 g salt
Method
Bells are washed, cleaned of seeds and stalks, cut into 6 to 8 pieces, depending on the particle size, blanched 2-3 minutes in boiling water and immediately cooled in cold running water. cucumbers are washed well with a brush and cut into circles with thickness 6-8 mm. onions cleaned roofing sheets and wash. In a suitable container pour 1.6 liters of water in which dissolve the salt and sugar and boil the solution. In the jars first put 80 ml vinegar, and then placed in 100 g cucumbers, bell peppers 170 g, 50 g onions and bell peppers over 170 g. Jars complement the hot marinade, close and sterilized for 15 minutes. The products are 10 jar of 1 l.
