Shanghai Cocktail

Ingredients
400 g boiled chicken without skin and bones
120 g marinated mushrooms (mushrooms)
160 g mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
4 tbsp white wine
120 g Canned pineapple
white pepper
salt
leaves salad
Method
Chicken, drained mushrooms and pineapple cut into small cubes, sprinkle with white pepper and some salt lightly. At the bottom of 4 champagne glasses or glass bowls are placed leaves of lettuce, pre-washed and dried. Well-stirred mixture of chicken, pineapple and mushrooms allocated to them. Mayonnaise mixed with wine and mustard. Appetizer pour this sauce and serve well chilled.
