Spanish sauce with vegetables

Ingredients
30 g butter
2 tbsp flour
3 cups strong broth
1 thin slice of salo
1 carrot
1 small onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
3 tbsp red wine
1/2 bay leaf
some black pepper
salt
Method
Fry flour in the butter until dark yellow color . Dilute with 2 cups cold broth and boil on low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon. Salo is cut into small pieces, fry and as flushed, her add chopped carrot and onion, and spices. Fry until lightly browned. Fat frying of the crucible and mixed with the wine. Oil-tartaric mixture boiled to leave a half, and thereto is added the sauce and vegetables. The mixture boil for 30 minutes on low heat, remove the foam and stir. Add remaining broth and tomato puree, season to taste with salt and strain through cheesecloth. By cools sauce stir occasionally.
