Steamed carrots

Ingredients
400 g carrots
3/4 cup (150 ml) meat broth
salt
lemon juice
20 g butter
5-6 sprigs of parsley

Method
Carrots are washed, cleaned and cut into rings. Put them in a plastic form with meat broth, salt and lemon juice, capped and held for 10 minutes at 600 W, and in the middle stir well. Of your choice dish can be left 1 minute more or uncap the resulting juice can be used for other dishes. Finally add the butter. Garnish with chopped parsley.

I add and corn, and became great.

Last night variety dish. After the fifth minute added canned corn 200 grams fresh mushrooms 250 g black pepper and savory. Very tasty obtained and add pictures

Last night I tried the recipe with mushrooms and corn, but instead put savory dill. Become fantasy. Bravo for the nice idea
