Ingredients
300 g of prunes
300 g walnuts
125 g of powdered sugar
2 tbsp rum
11 tbsp boiling water
Method
Dried plums are flooded with boiling water and leave to soak until soft. Remove stones and in their place put walnut stuffing. Prepare a very finely chopped walnuts, powdered sugar, cognac and boiling water. The mixture was stirred until a smooth dough from which are made of small balls and put into prunes.
