Stuffed tomatoes with minced meat and rice - II type
100 g minced meat
1 cup Rice
2 tbsp chutney

Subtract the inside of tomatoes. Put the minced meat and grated onion in a bowl, add the chutney, rice, the oil, pepper and chopped parsley. Stir Add salt and mix well again. With a spoon fill empty tomato them full to the brim, because stuffing will swell a little, and arrange in pan. Put in a pan of boiling water prior to half of the tomatoes and stay to a boil over low heat. Serve with yogurt in tomatoes.
