interesting proposal, but will not become loose, friable after cross (even after pressing)?

batter is something between curd and fresh cheese. The texture is such that to be cut into pieces, but not creamy, crumbly and RECO. I recently did that but even I had forgotten that I had put the recipe here, so I have no photos. The last time he put dried figs, and it dripped with syrup The Cranberries combination liked us.

We'll try and get photos, I hope to get right. And the taste, no doubt it would be delicious, I always trust the chefs of Happy Chef and have never been disappointed.
