Ingredients
3 tomatoes
1 orange
lettuce or watercress
mint
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
pinch of salt
pinch of paprika
2 tbsp (20 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (10 ml) white wine or lemon juice
Method
Sliced tomatoes and cleaned orange slices arranged on lettuce leaves (or watercress) and sprinkle with finely chopped mint. Of the remaining product is cooked gravy, stirring well to obtain a homogeneous mass. Salad, pour this mixture and served with feta cheese and bread or roast goose, duck or pork.
