Almond marzipan

Ingredients
350 g ground almonds
175 g of powdered sugar
175 g granulated sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
3 drops almond essence
1 egg
Method
Almonds are soaked in hot water for about 30 minutes and Peel. Leave to dry. Grind the finest possible. Mix with sugar in a porcelain bowl. In the middle are doing well and add the lemon juice, essence and egg. Stir to afford a thick paste. Pour on top, sprinkled with powdered sugar and knead with hands until a smooth mixture. Not to overdo it with mixing, because the pasta will be further loss and will be difficult to work with her. Keep in refrigerator, well wrapped with household foil. Exposure to air quickly dries. This amount is enough to cover the cake with a diameter of 20 cm.
