Almond truffles

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups ground almonds
1 and 1/2 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp rosewater or orange blossom water from
a few drops of vanilla or orange extract optional
250 g quality chocolate of your choice
optional - cocoa powder, coconut, crushed nuts

Method
Ground almonds are roasted in effuse Court 220 C for about 10 minutes. Careful not to burn and stir occasionally. Sieve powdered sugar and mix with the almonds and rose water to obtain a thick mass. Formed into balls. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and allowed to cool down. Place a chocolate palm and each ball is formed again by and smeared with chocolate. Matter of taste how to tightly cover. Leave to pozasahnat before rolled in the final product - cocoa, powdered sugar, nuts and coconut. Leave for an hour in the refrigerator.

Aliana recently watched this recipe and it says that ground almonds are roasted on 300gradusa in F, and this e around 150 Celsius. I think it would be good to fix it in the recipe.

Very nice, Suites. I do not do them every day, but often. I have not been involved to compute the different rocks, but never to me tanned. First sought the picture because I had rules, but I could not photograph them. In the picture you like most of mine, I found this recipe.

And another thing about the recipe - from very light to very dark roasted baked - anything is possible and a matter of taste. May be what is the difference. I do not know. And as you open the oven to mix them, you see how darkened. I'm doing them with minced roasted almonds and macadamia nuts and tried, but bitter.
