Ingredients
15 large mushrooms
1 onion
parsley
sunflower oil
pepper
butter
breadcrumbs
Method
Mushrooms are washed and separated them stalk. Cut into small stumps, onions and parsley and sauté in sunflower oil. To the resulting mixture, add a little bread crumbs and ground black pepper. To this mixture was filled caps of the mushrooms. Bake in a moderate oven. While hot, put on each piece of butter and served.
