Apple pie for microwave

400 g flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1 lemon
2 eggs
150 g butter
350 g apples
100 g raisins
pinch of cinnamon
vanilla powder 1
1/2 cup (100 ml) apple juice
pinch starch
powdered sugar
Flour and baking powder were mixed and sifted. Along with the eggs, sugar, grated lemon peel th the butter and knead the dough, which is placed in a cool place to rest. Apples are peeled, cleaned of their seminal part and cut into slices. Mix with raisins, lemon juice, cinnamon, vanilla and apple juice and put in the oven at 600 W for 4 minutes. Added fuzzy starch with a little water and kept for 1 minute at the same power. The dough is separated fraction, and the rest is spread in an appropriate greased form, its edges are tucked up. On it was poured apple mixture and on it is formed an array of thin strips of dough. Cake bake in a preheated oven at 600 W and includes an electric oven (250 C) for 25 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar. * To prepare this recipe requires a combined microwave.
