Mesenitsa

Ingredients
1 cube of yeast
1 egg
1 egg white
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
500 ml water
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp soda
125 g butter
flour about 1 kg
# For the filling:
250 g feta cheese
2-3 eggs
# spreads:
1 yolk
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Yeast dissolved in 1 tbsp sugar in 500 ml warm water and put in a warm place to rise. In a large bowl put the egg and egg whites, add the salt, yogurt, baking soda, 1 tbsp sunflower oil, yeast swollen and about 1 kg of flour to make a soft dough. The butter melts and it add 4-5 tbsp sunflower oil. The filling is prepared by crush the feta cheese and mix with eggs. dough is divided into 4 balls. Each dip in the butter and spread in a greased baking pan. Put stuffing on top and rolled up, further wraps. Thus were prepared and the remaining 3 balls of dough. Arranged as round banitsa tray and leave in a warm place to rise and meet the tray. Spread top with egg yolk, beaten with yogurt and added a trickle of sunflower oil. Bake in the heated oven 200 C for 40-45 minutes. Remove, sprayed with a little water and cover with a towel to smother and soft. Serve with yogurt.

Dry yeast Dr. Oetker is for 500g flour and France - to 1 kg flour.

Dry yeast Dr. Oetker 7 d corresponds to 1/2 Cubes of fresh yeast. Thus, it can be safely put 2 packets - '14

Mesenitsata is great and not difficult. Instead of water I put pryano warm milk, and I think to try and yogurt instead of soda and lemonade at room temperature.

In the recipe indicates that once formed baking pan is allowed to rise. I personally leave itself dough to rise before him put the stuffing. In principle, so do all the cakes with yeast. Mesenitsata is great!

bina02, as I read the description and think immediately of prevtasalo dough. Ie. If you let it rise more than the necessary time, then the dough is observed large blisters and stands friable. During baking Plunk, and may even have a crush on removal from the oven.
