Aromatic fish croquettes

Ingredients
450 g fillet of zander
300 ml milk
450 g boiled potatoes
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp finely chopped parsley
2 eggs
15 g butter
225 g breadcrumbs
frying fat
salt
pepper
Method
Fillets were soaked for 15 minutes in the milk is drained and cleaned of skin and bones. Together Strain fish, potatoes and garlic, add parsley, beaten eggs with the butter and salt it with salt and pepper. Add 2 tbsp of milk and stir well. The mixture was left for 30 minutes in a refrigerator and then it with wet hands 20 are formed croquet wicket. Rolled in breadcrumbs and fry until browned in a pre-heated sunflower oil. Remove with latticed spoon and drain on paper. Serve warm.
