Balls of cottage cheese with apples

Ingredients
100 g cottage cheese
150 g potatoes
1 egg
150 g flour
100 g apples
50 g butter or margarine
40 g breadcrumbs or crushed biscuit
50 g of powdered sugar
salt
Method
Apples are cut into small pieces and sauté them with a little butter. Boil unpeeled potatoes (better one day in advance). Peel and Strain. Add to strained cottage cheese, egg, flour. Dough is kneaded and it rolled crust, thick 1 cm, which is cut into squares with sides 5 cm. In the middle put a bit of stewed apples. Boxes are screwed to become the balls. The balls are cooked in boiling, salted water until ready. Remove with a slotted spoon. To not clog sprinkled with a little butter. Separately, melt the butter to sgoreshtyavane and add bread crumbs or crushed biscuit. The balls are placed in a dish and sprinkle with fried biscuits and powdered sugar.
