Ingredients
500 g big pinto beans
few carrots
overwhelmed and red peppers (can and dry)
tomatoes fresh or canned
mint
salt
chillies optional
parsley
Method
Beans soak overnight advance and when boil water must first be discarded. Boil on medium heat and somewhere in the middle of cooking were added chopped carrots, peppers and tomatoes with mint to not are dissolved. May be prepared as a salad, as its drain and add finely chopped onion and sunflower oil. Finally, sprinkle with parsley.
