Ingredients
          1 cup butter, melted
          1 cup white sugar
          1 cup brown sugar
          2 eggs
          2 tsp vanilla extract
          3 cups flour
          1 tsp baking soda
          2 tbsp hot water
          1/2 tsp salt
          2 cup chocolate chips - natural
          1 cup chopped or ground walnuts

          Method
              Preheat oven to 175S degrees.   Beat together the butter, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one by one and beat them, then add vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add it to the dough along with the salt. Stir in the flour mixture, chocolate chips and the walnuts. Shape by hand balls, flatten them and arrange on baking paper.   Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges of cookies browned.     * The products are about 38 cookies.
